An Evening with Colonel Eileen Collins: Exclusive Spacewoman Screening

Please join us on Friday, July 25, at 6 PM for an in-person screening of Spacewoman with Colonel Eileen Collins—the first woman to pilot and command a NASA Space Shuttle.
🕕 6:00 pm – Wine & cheese reception with Colonel Collins
🕢 7:30 pm – Q&A and intro, followed by the documentary screening
Please note: This is not an autograph event. A limited number of signed copies of Colonel Collins’ book are now available for purchase in the museum store.
This event marks two major milestones in spaceflight history:
• 25 years since STS-93, when Collins became the first woman to command a Shuttle mission
• 20 years since STS-114, the “Return to Flight” mission after the Columbia tragedy

Join us for Space Woman Family Day, Saturday, July 26th. A full day of interactive activities, gallery exploration, a meet-and-greet with Colonel Collins, and a 3:00 pm screening of Spacewoman for the general public. The documentary film is recommended for ages 12+.
