  Aviation Museum\, Saturday and Sunday\, August 13th & 14th 2016. It will 
 host more than 20 exhibitors from New York and Peru\, providing authentic 
 Peruvian cuisine and live cooking demonstrations from top chefs. \n\nSUMAQ
 \, which means “delicious” in the indigenous language of Quechua is a two 
 day event highlighting the delicacies of the Peruvian culture. The gentle 
 blend of ancient Incan cooking practices and immigrant traditions from Spa
 in\, Africa and Japan\, is what makes Peruvian cuisine unique and is stead
 ily conquering the interest of everyone around the world. \n\nOur mission 
 along with Peru’s gastronomic association\, APEGA is to help promote Peruv
 ian cuisine and culture. Our partnership has allowed us to bring award win
 ning chefs from Peru like Javier Olano\, Juana Cuno\, Juan Talledo\, Magal
 y Silva\, Jesus Manuel Gutarra amongst others!\n\nAdults: $15 in advance\,
  $20 at the door\nChildren (2-12): $7 in advance\, $10 at the door\n\nThis
