 s\, and Members Only jackets. 80’s dress preferred\, but not required\, be
 st costume will win a special prize. There will be raffles and prizes thro
 ughout the night including a Flux Capacitor replica from Diamond Select ($

 owed by a book signing of his book “Game After: A Cultural Study of Video 
 Game Afterlife.” \n\n<b>About the Arcade Age Exhibit</b>\nThe Arcade Age e
 xplores the short history of video arcade games through exhibits and game 
 play\, just as they were intended to be experienced - in an arcade! Now th
 rough Labor Day\, 2016\, the Cradle of Aviation has transformed a section 
 of its galleries into an arcade complete with over 60 unforgettable favori
 tes like Ms. Pac-Man\, Galaga\, Space Invaders\, Centipede\, Donkey Kong a
 nd more. Play the arcade classics and check out the exhibit telling the st
 ory of video arcade games\; from the pioneers in the early 40s and 50s\, t
 o the golden age in the late 70s and early 80s\, to the industry crash\, r
 evival and ultimate decline in the 90s. It is a story of the creative and 
 innovative people who explored groundbreaking technologies\, the games tha
 t sprung from their ingenuity and a culture that was shaped by their devel
 opments. Come join us for an exciting interactive exhibit that remembers a
 nd reflects on the evolution of video games and the arcades they lived in.
