 nd was instrumental in the negotiation of the Terminal Site Lease and the 
 formation of the airline partnership\, Terminal One Group Association\, L.
 P.(which includes Lufthansa\, Japan Airlines\, Korean Airlines and Air Fra
 nce) which developed\, manages and operates Terminal One at JFK Airport. H
 e has served as a Managing Director of the Terminal One Group since the Te
 rminal opened in May\, 1998. He is on the Executive Committee of the JFK a
