Arthur J. Molins - General Counsel, Lufthansa Group for the Americas
Mr. Molins is the General Counsel for the Lufthansa Group for the Americas and is in his 34th year with the Company. He heads a team that provides all of the legal and regulatory services to the Lufthansa Group, including Lufthansa, Lufthansa Cargo, Swiss and Austrian Airlines. In the early 1990’s, he helped develop the Terminal One project at JFK and was instrumental in the negotiation of the Terminal Site Lease and the formation of the airline partnership, Terminal One Group Association, L.P.(which includes Lufthansa, Japan Airlines, Korean Airlines and Air France) which developed, manages and operates Terminal One at JFK Airport. He has served as a Managing Director of the Terminal One Group since the Terminal opened in May, 1998. He is on the Executive Committee of the JFK airline affairs group.
