 Peruvian Cuisine is steadily conquering the palates of everyone around the
  world\, including top chefs. The gentle blend of ancient Incan cooking pr
 actices and immigrant traditions\, from places such as Spain\, Africa\, Ch
 ina and Japan\, have created one of the world's most unique and delicious 
 cuisines.  SUMAQ\, which means “delicious” in the indigenous language of Q
 uechua\, is a 2 day festival in New York highlighting the variety of Peruv
 ian cuisine and culture. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy a family fun
  filled day with a variety of Peruvian cuisine\, Peruvian cultural enterta
 inment\, live cooking demonstrations by famous Peruvian chefs.\n\n<a href=
