Destiny in Space

DESTINY IN SPACE provides an inspiring look at the challenges future generations will face in exploring the universe. For the first time on the giant screen, audiences travel outside the space shuttle as it orbits 200 miles above the Earth. Along with thrilling fly-overs of Mars and Venus, the film focuses on the dramatic partnership of humans and robots working in space.

Travel alongside the astronauts as they deploy and repair the Hubble Space Telescope, soar above Venus and Mars, and find proof of new planets and the possibility of other life forming around distant stars.

The Hubble Telescope has given people the world over views of other planets that prior to its invention were only dreamed possible. This amazing film examines the telescope as well as the incredible images it captured. Venus and Mars are gloriously photographed. Also included is stunning footage of the telescope being prepared by astronauts floating alongside it. Leonard Nimoy narrates this fascinating look at space exploration.
